**Just a friendly reminder that we have pickleball happening at the stake center at 7:00 p.m. Thursday night. No need to be a pickleball pro. Just come and enjoy a night of ready-made competition. We'll be playing for the next three weeks at the stake center. Same time. Same location.

So here's the address: 3495 W 4850 South in Taylorsville. Don't be afraid to bring family members and friends. We'll have net space for everyone.

We sure love you! We're excited to spend an evening of pickleball adventures with you.

President Stettler

***Did you hear? We are going to have a Neighborhood Christmas Music Devotional this year!!! We are looking for voices to help us celebrate this amazing Christ-centered season.

Please join us for our first practice at 3:00 p.m. this Sunday in the Stake Center chapel at 3495 W 4850 South. If you have a neighbor who has musical talent, please invite them. Or if you have a friend or family member - even outside the stake - who could help us make memorable music for the holidays, we would love to have them. No need to be a member of the church to participate. Just a desire to celebrate the Savior through music.

The Christmas Devotional is scheduled for Sunday, December 14th. And one month later - if you are willing to join us - our choir will be singing at stake conference.

Come join us! It will be a powerful, inspiring and unforgettable experience.

President Stettler

I don't know about you, but I am not like Ammon, or Alma, or most of the great missionaries that we read about in the scriptures. I am reserved. I am a people watcher. I like to have a genuine relationship with someone before I share the Gospel with them. So sometimes the 'obvious ways' of sharing the Gospel intimidate me.

To help me with this, I found a fun quiz on the Church's website that helps people find out their sharing style. There is a series of questions that you answer (similar to a personality quiz- no personal information is needed). Then it gives suggestions on how to share the Gospel based on that style. I am happy to report that the suggestions provided are not intimidating at all!

There is not one cookie-cutter way to share the Gospel. We are all different with various strengths. Try out the quiz for yourself to find new ideas on how you can love, share, and invite, just like the Savior:

Ward Mission Message

Jesus Christ loves us all no matter our condition or situation. He wants us to find Joy. John 15:11 reads "These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full." We find this Joy through Jesus Christ. By keeping his commandments, and loving one another we will find that Joy and be closer to Christ. -Brother Clayton Cox
