Relief Society

For our activity this month, send a valentine card or thank-you note to 5 or more sisters letting them know they are loved!

On February 15th @ 10:00 a.m., we will be working on two different services projects (stuffing dolls for children going through surgery and making mats out of plarn for the homeless).  Kids  are welcome!

Jan Wheeler is still collecting clothing and shoes for an adolescent center in Salt Lake. They need clothing and shoes for youth ages 12-18, all sizes. You may drop off items any time at her garage door or put them in the box provided by the RS room at the church.

Mary Ellen Strong is still collecting plastic lids that will be used for prosthetics.

On February 22, there will be another Sister's Temple Day doing Initiatory at 2:00 p.m.  Please remember to sign up online.  We will be meeting at 12:15 pm at Carnival Buffet for lunch.

Tithing Donations for Taxes

If anyone wants a printed donation sheet for taxes, please contact contact Brother Miller, the financial clerk, at (801) 673-7276.

Meals for Missionaries

Missionaries are only able to eat with members on the weekends, ideally with less active or part-member families that have been prayerfully invited by the ward mission leader. As one exception to this, missionaries can eat with a member during the week if there is a non-member friend also invited and a lesson will be taught.

Hopefully the members will take more opportunities to invite the missionaries to their home along with friends and family that can benefit from the missionaries.  The missionaries can be contacted at church or by phone or text.  Their number is: 801-755-9390.

Ward Choir Practice

Ward Choir practice will be held on Sundays at 11:00 after church on the stage except for fast Sundays.  They will be practicing for the Easter program. 

Building Cleaning Assignments

Here are the upcoming assignments for cleaning our building.  Please trade with another ward member if you have a conflict on your assigned date.  Contact Brother Elzinga if you have any questions.  Plan on 9:00 a.m. on Saturday unless told otherwise by your Team Leader.
