WARD MISSION MESSAGE

Harold B. Lee said, " All the work in the kingdom of God as a job is a drudgery, it's hard work - but as a calling, it's one of the most thrilling and rewarding activities in which men and women can be engaged. "  Let's all try harder to enjoy our church callings and help others who are serving enjoy the service we are engaged in.  (Sister Pittman)

WARD CHOIR PRACTICE

We will be singing in Sacrament meeting on Sept. 29th and will begin practicing next Sunday (Aug. 25th) for the next 4-5 weeks, depending on our needs.  Please meet in the Relief Society room as soon as possible after 2nd hour as our time to practice is limited. We encourage and invite anyone who has the desire to sing to please come join us!

TEMPLE AND FAMILY HISTORY

My dear brothers and sisters, these are the latter days. If you and I are to withstand the forthcoming perils and pressures, it is imperative that we each have a firm spiritual foundation built upon the rock of our Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

The temple lies at the center of strengthening our faith and spiritual fortitude because the Savior and His doctrine are the very heart of the temple.

-      Pres. Russell M. Nelson

Attend the temple and take a friend!
