Meeting Schedule

Easter Sunday is on April 9th (Sacrament Meeting Only).

Invitation from Bishop Cox

The bishop has invited us to prayfully consider who you could invite to Easter Sunday.  As you focus on the Savior, this would be a great opportunity for those you care about to do the same.

Relief Society

Our monthly activity is on Tuesday, April 11th @ 7:00 p.m.  Let's get ready for the Temple!

Come over to the church on Wednesday, April 12th @ 10:00 a.m. to help out with our current service projects.  We're stuffing dolls, making plarn mats, and visiting, of course!

All sisters 14 years and older are invited to attend the Relief Society Women's Conference.  It will be held at the Stake Center on Saturday, April 15th from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  A light lunch will be served.

Sister's Temple Days – April 21st 9:30 a.m. Endowment and April 26th 2:00 p.m. Initiatory.  We are planning on going to lunch on both days around 12:15 p.m.  We will be going to Subway on April 21st and voting on where we will be going on April 26th during Relief Society on April 23rd. 

Mary Ellen Strong is still collecting plastic lids that will be used for prosthetics.

Youth Fundraiser

On Saturday, April 22nd the youth will be hosting a spaghetti dinner at 6:00 at the church – $10 per adult and $5 per child.  This will be a fundraiser that will go toward young men's camp and young women's camp.

Tithing Donations for Taxes

If anyone wants a printed donation sheet for taxes, please contact Brother Miller, the financial clerk, at (801) 673-7276.

Temple and Family History

The Ward Night for Sealings will be on Thursday April 13th at 7:20 p.m.  Let Anthony Cruz know if you plan on attending (702-353-1785).

Ward Choir Practice

Ward Choir practice will be held on Sundays at 11:00 after church on the stage except for fast Sundays.  

Stake Choir

They are starting a choir that will be singing two songs for the Sunday 10:00 a.m. session of Stake Conference on May 7th. They are looking for all ages that want to come.  The chorister is Adam Cruz from the 11th Ward.  The practices will be held on March 26th, April 16th, April 23rd, and April 30th in Stake Chapel from 3:00 - 3:45 p.m.

Building Cleaning Assignments

Here are the upcoming assignments for cleaning our building.  Please trade with another ward member if you have a conflict on your assigned date.  Contact Brother Elzinga if you have any questions.  Plan on 9:00 a.m. on Saturday unless told otherwise by your Team Leader.
